Return to Work Planning – includes assessments to determine if a client is ready to begin vocational rehabilitation efforts, the steps to move them forward in their vocational rehabilitation plan, return to work programs, worksite assessments, and employer meetings.
Activities of Daily Living Assessments and Programs – to improve functioning so that vocational rehabilitation efforts can begin.
Discharge Planning and Personal/Home Care Assessments
Gradual Desensitization Programs – for issues relating to anxiety or post-traumatic stress

We include our clients as active participants in their recovery and work to empower them to use new tools/strategies so that they can independently manage. Many of our services may include rehabilitation coordinating as well as specialist consultations. We have a keen awareness of community/rehabilitation/medical resources. We specialize in home assessments. We complete Individualized Written Rehabilitation Plans.
